The blocksScanApi endpoint https://apothem.xdcscan.io/ no longer works. Chain 51 is already discovered by dRPC and Etherscan, and Etherscan provides creation-tx lookup, so the manual override is not needed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
