改了什么：#436（Cloud 不再提供你自己的域名）按 docs/TRANSLATION.md 第 3 条删除了 5 个页面的 zh-Hans、zh-Hant、ja 译文。本 PR 把它们恢复：4 个小改动页面沿用 32ee782 的译文，只套用 32ee782..d84cadc 的英文改动；cloud/domains 按新英文重新翻译。zh-Hant 重新生成。

为什么改：zh-Hans 和 ja 自 2026-10-29 起是全覆盖的；#436 之后 main 上两种语言各缺 5 页。

风险与回滚：纯译文，只动 content/docs/ 下 15 个译文文件。回滚即 revert。

先看：cloud/domains.*（唯一重新翻译的页面），然后 cloud/environments.* 的地址行。
