mm^2 to AWG conversion is wrong defined #463

orginal source wv_helper.py in master branch is

awg_equiv_table = {

as we know its wrong becouse 0.5mm^2 is not 21 awg
also 0.34mm^2 was adjusted to easy to buy 0.35mm^2 that is only aviable size in metrics, the same to awg 21 , 0.4mm^2 and its not 0.5mm^2
the same for awg 20 as its not 0.75 , add awg 17 as its true 1mm^2
