- Add missing entries: Quick Paste keyboard actions 86-140, description window menu, special paste items, copy buffers 4 and 5, string table messages (starred clips, always on top, delete non used clips, ...), and controls added to dialogs since 2021. - Fix wrong meanings (copy sound, update clip order, leading whitespace, new group selection, always show description toggle), typos and hyphens used as dashes. - Sync stale English_Text attributes with current English.xml. - Shorten labels that were cut off in dialogs. - Leave Options_General ID 1040 empty: that ID is now the font button, and a translation there replaced the font name shown on it.
- Clip properties dialog caption: a title, not the "copy" command. - Hotkey label 2049 is "Text Only Paste" in the dialog (English.xml still says "Named Copy"). - Trip Odometer counts since Reset, not per day. - "New" is the editor tab title of a new clip. - Shorten the New Group button in Move to Group, it did not fit.

Updates the Russian language file, which was last touched in 2021 and had fallen behind English.
Side note on English.xml: Quick Paste Keyboard ID 107 is labelled "Prompt send to friend" there (a duplicate of 86), but in ActionEnums 107 is TRANSPARENCY_TOGGLE ("Toggle Transparency Enabled"). The Russian file uses the correct meaning; English.xml and the languages copied from it may want the same fix.
No code changes – single XML file only. Untranslated entries fall back to English at runtime.
