Updates the Ukrainian language file, which was last touched in 2023 and had fallen behind English. Same structure as the Russian update in #1157.

• Add 107 missing entries: Quick Paste keyboard actions (86–140, including Show Starred Clips, Paste as Image, Generate GUID, plain-text paste positions), the description window menu (View as Text/RTF/HTML/Image, Wrap Text, ...), new special paste items, copy buffers 4 and 5, Delete All Non Used Clips, string-table messages (starred clips, always on top, ...) and controls added to dialogs since 2023 (Advanced, theme preview, MD5, Compact and Repair in Delete Clip Data, ...).
• Proofread the existing translation (about 300 entries): typos, Russianisms, wrong case forms, a few wrong meanings (e.g. "On copy play the sound" said "on paste", the ignore-copies interval said "earlier than", the Text Only Paste hotkey label followed the stale "Named Copy" text of English.xml, "Trip Odometer" said "per day" although it counts since Reset), and terms aligned with Ukrainian Windows (Скасувати, Видалити, гарячі клавіші, область сповіщень). The typographic apostrophe ’ is used throughout.
• Remove hard-coded shortcut suffixes from menu items (e.g. "Показати групи Ctrl-G"): the code appends the configured shortcut itself, so the suffix could show twice or be wrong after reassigning.
• Sync 11 stale English source texts with current English.xml.
• Shorten labels that were cut off in fixed-width dialog controls (checked on a running build: Options pages, Copy Properties, Delete Clip Data).
• Leave Options_General ID 1040 empty: in the current dialog that ID is the font button, whose text is set in code to the font name; a translation there overwrote it.

No code changes – single XML file only. Untranslated entries fall back to English at runtime.
