fix(win): launch scheme redrob-browser, leave redrob:// to the launcher - #136

Conversation
The Windows install identity registered redrob:// as the browser's direct launch scheme, so a redrob://open/<app> link from Redrob Chat opened the browser instead of Redrob Launcher, depending on which was installed last. The browser now registers redrob-browser://; redrob:// belongs to the launcher.

Intentions
redrob://open/ links from Redrob Chat must reach Redrob Launcher. With both registering redrob://, whichever installed last won. The launcher already rewrites HKCU\Software\Classes\redrob on every start, so it takes the scheme back from older browser installs.
