NVDA 2026.2 assigns NVDA+Control+W to Magnifier settings, so the add-on's original command is superseded by NVDA's built-in gesture.\n\nThis adds NVDA+Alt+W as the new documented shortcut while retaining NVDA+Control+W for older NVDA versions, and updates every existing localized readme.\n\nValidation:\n- Full enforced prek hook suite passed (the repository's standalone pyright hook remains skipped as in CI)\n- Clean SCons add-on build passed\n- Live NVDA input-help verification identified the command on NVDA+Alt+W\n- Live Windows Terminal invocation opened Virtual Review and produced no virtualRevision warnings
