Part 8 of the quantum_dots migration series (see #537-#543).
Adds
07_init_ramp_rate_calibration,07a_init_2d_calibration,07b_init_ramp_detuning_calibration,07c_reset_pulse,07d_reset_pulse_detuning_barrier,07e_singlet_triplet_oscillations, plus theircalibration_utilsand tests/artifacts. Removes the superseded07a_qubit_spectroscopy_parity_diffnode (replaced by nodes landing under category 08).
