08a_qubit_spectroscopy_chirp,08b_qubit_spectroscopy,08c_qubit_initialisation_optimiser_init_duration, plus theircalibration_utilsand tests/artifacts.Note: the old
08a_power_rabi/08b_power_rabi_error_amplificationnodes move to category 09 in the next PR, so they're left untouched here to keep that rename self-contained.
