Because that comes in the Android template's default `variable.gradle`, and since we're not including those in the readme in general for plugins, it can be ommited. It was there before because it was androidCoreKTXVersion, but since with #171 it no longer is, then it's not needed there.
Couldn't update to latest (6.2.0) because kotlin version required (2.4) is higher than what AGP 9 ships (kotlin 2.2)

Updates to native android dependencies used by Capacitor Google Maps Plugin:
kotlinxCoroutinesVersionto 1.11.0 (latest)googleMapsPlayServicesVersionto 20.0.0 (latest)googleMapsUtilsVersionto 5.0.0 (latest) - Update to version 5 came with breaking changes that required changes in the plugin - refer to 160a79e if you'd like to know which onesgoogleMapsKtxVersionandgoogleMapsUtilsKtxVersionto 6.0.1 (ℹ️ not the latest) - Couldn't update to 6.1.0 or higher because it requires Kotlin 2.4.0, but AGP 9's built-in kotlin uses Kotlin 2.2 (we thought from release notes it used 2.3 but that was reverted - more info in https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/483083119), and causes build to fail.Also saw there were several warnings in the project (not related to the dependency warnings directly; commit 7d96bfc), so took the time to fix some of those. Could have done it in a separate PR but since it was small changes I though why not bundle it up.

Note that there is a separate task to update Google Maps iOS SDK, so that will be done in a separate PR.

Tested on the example-app in this repo.
