既存 Replay が前の completion 待ち時間を次の delay へ加算する問題に対し、有限 Timed Segment を共通起点＋offset で送信する明示的な .NET API 拡張を追加します。0ms 保持開始 / 100ms jump / 300ms 解除は、開始応答が遅くても予定を変更しません。
対応範囲は、明示的に同期 FIFO apply を保証した local runtime game-input host です。simulation / 厳密適用時刻 / 同 tick 一括適用は対応 host の能力がなければ実行前に拒否します。UI と game-input の独立 queue 混在、MCP / Inspector の completion-only callback、GuaClock の存在だけでは能力を広告しません。Spatial transport は変更しません。
検証：215 Timed Segment 受け入れ・回帰試験、Visual / Recording / Trace 全 350 試験成功、skip 0。Fake 時計、native consume/completion、実時間 host pump、別 owner、早期 lease、停止 simulation、秘密値、schema / Trace、map replacement / reset、時計例外、1,000 入力と journal rollover を含みます。net10.0 / netstandard2.1 は warning 0 / error 0。main 6f2740c 統合後、Selector 全 400 試験、native timing / spatial / runtime / bridge の 9 suite 成功。TypeScript check 成功。
独立 local audit を実施し再現指摘を修正済み。GitHub の累積差分 review の検証済み指摘も回帰試験とともに修正しています。最終 head 8ba2405 の CI 17/17 成功と GitHub cumulative review（指摘なし、未解決 thread 0）を確認済み。CI: https://github.com/gua-project/gua/actions/runs/36968818595 / review: #160 (comment)
