Adds object to the allowed values of sentry.category, to match the change in Relay (getsentry/relay#6514) that derives it for object.* spans (Cloudflare R2, Amazon S3), which currently get no category.

Adds
objectto theopprefixessentry.categoryis derived from. Spans withop=object.*(object.get,object.put, ...) currently get nospan.category, becauseobjectwasn't one of the knownopprefixes. Relevant PR in sentry-conventions: getsentry/sentry-conventions#721
