feat(boto3): Use object.* ops for S3 Object operations

Description

S3 object operations now override default rpc op with object.*. Other S3 operations, e.g. ListBuckets, stay on rpc.

• ops are defined in sentry-conventions, except object.copy, which will be added in feat(ops): Add object.copy op sentry-conventions#706 .
• object.* name/description rules (feat(names): Add span name and description rules for object.* ops sentry-conventions#707) and the object span category (feat(normalization): Derive object span category relay#6514, feat(attributes): Add object to the sentry.category values sentry-conventions#721) are yet to be added; otherwise no description is inferred for the object.* spans.
