Update Node version from 20 to 24 in action.yml, CI workflow, and package.json. Run npm audit fix to resolve all 10 vulnerabilities. Add .idea/ to .gitignore. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
