Upgrade to node24

Change version to use node24. also updated all packages to fix CVE (except actions/core. got building issues by upgrading it)

1- I don't know how to fix it (to be honest). maybe someone can try to understand because I didn't change the code, only manifests and package.json. maybe can you try, where I failed
2- I'm pretty sur, the current version is also failing tests with the same error
3- I'm using my forked version, for 3 weeks and it works fine :)
