- herramientas/ -> tools/ (verification, pdf, sources): nombres, comentarios y docstrings en inglés; mensajes e informes para la persona, en español. - Pruebas traducidas (mismos casos, sin ampliar); tests/datos -> tests/data. - Comandos /verify-citations y /prepare-pdf, ayudante verifier, CLAUDE.md en inglés. - Opciones de los programas en inglés (--project, --key, --first-page...). - Documentos técnicos (00-07, decisiones, política de pruebas, próximos pasos) traducidos y renombrados; enlaces actualizados en las guías en español. - Los datos de la persona (biblioteca.json, texto/, borradores/ y sus campos) siguen en español para no romper proyectos existentes.
