Summary
Fix the runtime verifier failure in the official development image build. Nine pinned Python extension modules legitimately have no dynamic library dependencies; glibc reports them as
statically linked, which the verifier rejected.Implementation / behavior
Accept that exact successful loader result only for the enumerated distro Python extension directory. Every extension is still checked, and executables, plugins, curl/c-ares, libpython and the combined required dependency closure remain strict. Errors now identify the failing target.

The full image will be built by the normal official GitHub publisher after owner review and merge. No local image build or deployment was performed; stable/public publication remains held.
