What this changes

The tensor-parallel fabric's b12x RoCEnante attribution moves into THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md's CUDA section, beside the CUDA RoCE gather's. It names its own files (zig/src/fabric/tp/mailbox.cu, roce.zig, roce_verbs.zig) and the same copyright and Apache-2.0 terms. Main had it as a one-line pointer under "DeepSeek-V4.1 CUDA sources". The fabric serves every tensor-parallel family, so that line is removed.

This is the third of three carries from #636, as asked in its closing comment (#636 (comment)): the generic-fabric attribution paragraph, as #636 carried it. Documentation only; no code changes.

Receipt

A change to documentation alone needs no receipt.

…ts with the CUDA RoCE gather's

The fabric under zig/src/fabric/tp serves every tensor-parallel family, so its b12x RoCEnante credit moves out of the
DeepSeek-V4.1 CUDA sources section, naming its own files and terms as ashhart#636 carried them.

Thank you. This is on main as 9bdbd4f, with your authorship: the tensor-parallel fabric's RoCE attribution now sits in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md's CUDA section beside the CUDA gather's, and the old one-line pointer is gone. It ships with the next release. Closing as landed.
