Add battery temperature, internet connection and available power sensors - #6

EnergyInBalance added new panels in 2026-09 backed by the
/diag/{siteId}/connectionStatus endpoint and the RelatedMeters field
in /site/Statuses:
- Battery temperature highest/lowest (from inverter stats in the
diagnostics blob, extremes across inverters like the EIB UI)
- Internet connection sensor (LAN1 / 4G backup / no internet), with
CM10 uptime and default route as attributes
- Available charge/discharge power (the power the battery can offer
CheckWatt, which compensation is based on)
Diagnostics are fetched on a 5-minute sub-interval. Document the new
endpoint and its blob format in docs/api.md.
