Bug: Presentation only showing first 3 slides preview

Issue Description

The presentation on "Mathematical Modeling of Age-Specific TB Interventions" is currently experiencing a display issue where only the first 3 slides are visible/previewing correctly. The presentation should display all 16 slides.

Current Behavior

• Only slides 1-3 are visible/previewing
• Remaining slides (4-16) are not displaying
• Total slides in presentation: 16

Expected Behavior

• All 16 slides should be visible and accessible
• Navigation should work through all slides
• Reveal.js controls should allow full presentation navigation
