This repository contains all the functions and data used in the code is available in supplementary file: The study applies the Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF) technique to predict the spread of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease (HFMD) in Korea. We utilize both inpatient and outpatient data in a structured model for real-time parameter estimation and forecasting.
