Problem

When a workflow waits for its email domain, or its sender's domain is not verified, the editor does not say so. The person sees a workflow that is on but sends nothing, and gets no hint about which domain blocks it.

This is a slice of "send once verified" (Silthus/personal#197), stacked on #614. #614 left this notice as a follow-up.

  • Adds one read-only selector to workflowLogic and a text in the editor's status bar. No save path, no backend change, no migration.
  • The worst case is a wrong or stale notice. With the flag off the selector returns nothing and the status bar renders as before.
  • This PR lands together with the slices below and above it in one merge-queue batch.

Changes

  • Sender domain notice. The editor's status bar names the blocking domain in place of its usual status text:
    • "example.com isn't verified yet." for a draft or active workflow whose sender is unverified.
    • "Sending starts once example.com is verified." for a workflow that waits for its domain.
    • "No domain configured." when an email step has no sender and the project has no email sender.
  • An email step without a sender in a project that has only unverified senders gets the "isn't verified yet" notice for their domains.
  • Each notice links to the email channels page in a new tab. The slice above replaces that link with the domain setup, opened over the workflow.
  • The domains come from the saved workflow's unverified_email_senders.
  • No notice with the flag off, without an email step, or when every sender is verified.

The notice is new, so there is no before. Taken on a seeded preview of the stack top, with the domain status answered in the browser because the local stack has no SES. The walk log is in proof storage.

Production lines: 117 (+114 −3) with inline kea typegen, against the base branch, by git diff --numstat. Tests and stories are excluded.

Together with #614 and the slices below it, replaces the status-bar notice of PostHog#123660.

How did you test this code?

  • Lane gate on HEAD: frontend typecheck clean, every Jest suite under products/workflows/frontend passed, oxlint and oxfmt clean on the changed files, and the pre-push hogli ci:preflight --strict hook passed.
  • Red → green: each new case failed on the base branch and passes on HEAD.

Test rationale:

  • workflowLogic.sendOnceVerified.test.ts: the notice for each stage (unverified, waiting, no domain), none without an email step, none with the flag off, and none once the workflow goes live. No existing test covered the status bar's domain text.

Test seams: workflowLogic against the mocked HogFlow and integrations REST API.

Post-deploy watch Owed after the stack merges and deploys.
CI Gap: fork CI cannot run. The lane gate ran locally and on the leased box. Fork checks are red as on #614: Semgrep cannot run without the fork secret, and the lane check diffs against master, so it counts slices lower in the stack.

  • This change is behind a feature flag and is not available to users

The notice needs workflows-email-domain-wizard.

What the toolbar ships to customer pages, measured from the esbuild output (minified, post-tree-shake). The eager set is the entry plus everything statically imported from it — fetched before any feature runs; deferred chunks load lazily. The eager guardrail is 5.72 MiB. Each output file must also stay below 10 MB, where CloudFront stops compressing it. The module boundary is enforced separately by check-toolbar-graph.
