Prepares the 1.1.0 release of the shared tooling. No behaviour changes.
Cargo.lockrefreshed bycargo update --workspace.version, the README and example workflow references, and the migration note now point atv1.1.0.Minor rather than patch because the release adds strict mode,
---@extend, flow narrowing and about forty lua-language-server parity rules, most on by default, on top of the fixes since v1.0.6.Release order once merged: tag
v1.1.0here first. The editor release build checks out this tag and verifies thatqbx-lua-ls --versionmatches. The matching editor bump is Qbox-project/qbx-editor#8.
