Prepares the 1.1.0 editor release to match Qbox-project/qbx-lua#23. No behaviour changes.
package.jsonandpackage-lock.json: 1.1.0, vianpm version --no-git-tag-version.extension.toml,Cargo.tomlandCargo.lock: 1.1.0, which CI requires to matchpackage.json.Release order once merged: tag
v1.1.0on qbx-lua first, thenv1.1.0here. The release workflow bundles the server from that tag and publishes the GitHub release, the Marketplace and Open VSX. Zed needs nothing else: the extension downloads the server from the latest qbx-lua release, and nothing underintegrations/zedchanged since v1.0.6 besides the version.
