Test Image indexing, fresh Image promotion and Plate field/label indexing for both v2 and v3. Supply complete semantic guards and both reader names to the AST harness; check feature-guarded import modules without depending on their statement count.
Companion: #46. New v3 assertions are capability-gated, so this harness is compatible with current master and can merge first. Before enabling that gate, all three v3 assertions failed against unchanged master. With the production feature source: 296 passed, 4 skipped. With current master 14d2cd1: 293 passed, 7 skipped (the three v3 cases skip).
Merge this test harness first, then rerun the production PR check. No production script files or dependency changes are included.
