Use the v3-capable shallower semantic reader for managed OME-Zarr inputs and preserve each Image/Plate canonical record's actual v2/v3 profile. Older importer installations retain the v2-only reader fallback. Mixed-format Plate image/label nodes are rejected. Existing stores are not migrated, and export defaults are unchanged.
Requires the v3 support released in biomero-shallower 0.1.0b6 and biomero-schema 0.3.0b2 for the v3 path. All 15 script VERSION declarations are aligned to the matching core prerelease 2.9.0b15. Publish the matching core before releasing these scripts.
Validation: the complete separate harness passes 296 tests with 4 skipped; the three v3 positive cases failed on unchanged master. The companion harness PR #47 is merged, and current PR CI passes. Script compilation and diff checks passed. Production branches contain no test files.
