Replace invalid legacy shallow fixtures with actual schema-2 manifests from the published
biomero-schema>=0.3.0b1,<0.4contract. Test Image/Plate source selection, v2/v3 profiles, invalid bindings/references, full-Zarr outcomes, explicit metadata warnings, event-before-render ordering and safe, repeatable repair. Cover the explicit administrative refresh option while retaining default behavior.The new tests are capability-gated on the source implementation.

Dependency / merge order: mark this draft ready and merge into

It uses a published schema dependency; the core planner is mocked at the scripts boundary and tested in NL-BioImaging/biomero#47. Deploy matching core/scripts before invoking explicit storage repair. Never merge the harness into master.
