Workspace reads and directory listings are served only by the Runtime's bound local workspace. Deletes the
WorkspaceReaderandWorkspaceDirectoryListerHarness interfaces, the codex/mcode stubs, the claudesdk and Node bridge read paths, the dispatch type assertions, and the protocol doc row (en + zh). A missing binding returns the existingresource_unavailableoutcome.Need help on this PR? Tag
