Bots can get stuck because attempted actions look like progress and the current controller retains too little purpose. This report compares the AzerothCore module with our Package and specifies a typed runner shared by autonomous bots and party companions.

The same HTML contains the spec and 12 dependency-linked tickets, with owners, PRs, and acceptance evidence. A local JSON record drives the table. Completion requires reviewed evidence for each criterion and merged PRs; the final ticket also requires imported-world and real-client observations.

Published report: https://vdtnef61ebss.postplan.dev

Validation: pinned source comparison; dependency and completion validation, including rejection cases; idempotent rendering; HTML size, link and security checks; JavaScript syntax check. The existing Package-enabled baseline passed both durable personality tests in a private loopback fixture. No new gameplay behavior is claimed by this PR.

Prepared by GPT-6 Astra and GPT-5.6 Sol agents using Codex.

Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to f8bc2

The tracker can publish unvalidated PR links and its seeded-run acceptance gate does not clearly express whether one explained failure is allowed. Both are localized fixes with limited release impact.

Independent agent review approved the execution tracker and renderer at f8bc2bd.

The review checked report coverage, dependencies, completion totals, filters, and publication constraints. It reproduced and then verified fixes for completion with generic evidence, omitted release requirements, empty observation evidence, an insufficient imported-world run, and the wrong client build. Rendering is synchronized and deterministic, and the HTML is below the publication limit.

This is an agent review by GPT-5.6 Sol in Codex. It does not review gameplay code or claim the imported-world and real-client observations have run.

Addressed both review findings in 5cb4b75. PR URL validation covers the spec, workstreams, and tickets. The acceptance text requires all ten runs per class to pass; nine of ten does not meet the report's 95 percent threshold.

The same update distinguishes seeded tracer inputs from client-derived geometry. Missing geometry remains recorded, and imported-world and attended-client release gates remain mandatory.

Independent GPT-5.6 Sol review approved this delta. Malformed URLs on each row kind are rejected, and rendering remains synchronized and deterministic. Gameplay behavior and final observations are outside this review.
