The issue order in docs/triage was last audited before PRs #481 to #602. It did not show seven new issues or the results of the 2026-10-02 backlog session.

This PR updates issues.json and the rendered report:

The report named Codex as its owner in fixed text. Now the renderer reads the owner from a new coordinator field in issues.json, which names Claude.

The new report is published at https://1u1gh8ximdga.postplan.dev (version 117). It has the same URL as before.

Model and harness: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) in Claude Code.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Updates
    • The issue triage report now identifies the coordinating agent dynamically in its header and ownership details.
    • Documentation clarifies that the report is the coordinator’s working dispatch list and that issues.json identifies the coordinator.

Add the seven new issues, record #31 as closed and hand the report
coordinator role to Claude. The renderer reads the coordinator name
from issues.json.

Close #559 and #534, move #532 and #570 to real-client checks, and add
follow-ups #607 and #608.

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The triage README now documents coordinator in issues.json. The report renderer uses that value instead of the fixed name “Codex” in its header and responsibility text.

Code review: two axes

Fixed point: main at f454a983 (the merge-base). There are 3 commits. No linked issue exists, so the PR description is the spec. Standards sources: CODING_STANDARDS.md, AGENTS.md, CONTEXT.md.

What I checked:

Standards

  1. Medium: the term collides with the glossary (AGENTS.md › Domain language; CONTEXT.md:107). CONTEXT.md already defines Coordinator as "the Gateway's subscribed connection per shard, authenticated with the Owner Token". The new coordinator key in issues.json and the "coordinating agent" wording in docs/triage/README.md give that word a second meaning. Rename the field to something like report_owner, since the report already says "Owner: …". If you keep the name, AGENTS.md requires a CONTEXT.md entry for it in this change.
  2. Low: the same lookup is repeated (judgement call). escape(queue["coordinator"]) appears three times in render_html. Bind it once to a local variable, the way assessed and open_count are bound.

No baseline smells found beyond item 2. The rest of the diff is data.

Spec

  1. Medium: the handover is incomplete. The spec says: "The report named Codex as its owner in fixed text. Now the renderer reads the owner from a new coordinator field … which names Claude." But merge_policy in issues.json:3354 still says "Codex takes the final merge after current-head checks pass…". The rendered "PRs to completion" section therefore says Claude checks CI and reviews, and Codex merges. Update merge_policy to name the current owner, or render it from the same field.
  2. Low: two revisions in the report. The spec says "The report is based on main at f454a983", and base_revision matches. But audit_note says the audit read "source at da11dcf". If the audit really used da11dcf, this is accurate. A reader may still wonder which one is current. A short clause such as "rebased to f454a98 with no assessment changes" would make it clear.
  3. All other spec items are implemented as described: 71 issues re-audited, seven new assessments, test(playerbots): two rewrite tests fail at random in packages CI #559 and playerbots: act on raid membership beyond five members #534 closed, Verify meeting stones on a real client, across two shards #532 and Confirm on a real client that a stopped bot or a dying creature no longer snaps back #570 waiting on real-client checks, perf(gateway): share one group event snapshot per transaction across recipients #607 and fix(creatures): a renewed path starts from the stored point, not where the client draws the mover #608 ready, and the owner read from data. The diff contains no unrequested behaviour.

Summary: Standards has 2 findings. The worst is that coordinator overloads a term defined in CONTEXT.md. Spec has 2 findings. The worst is that merge_policy still names Codex as the merger.

Generated by Claude Code

Rename the coordinator field to report_owner, because Coordinator is the
Gateway's shard connection in CONTEXT.md. Name Claude in the merge policy
and note the rebase in the audit note.

Fixed all four findings in 4d5b43c:

  • Renamed coordinator to report_owner, so the CONTEXT.md term Coordinator keeps one meaning.
  • The renderer binds the owner name once.
  • merge_policy names Claude.
  • audit_note says the report was rebased to f454a98 with no assessment changes.
