Temporary EventAI summons could lose their lifetime checks when the scheduler reinserted a row while the current unique creature row still existed. An obsolete callback could also act on a later summon life that reused the same guid.
Delete the exact current scheduled row before inserting its next check, carry the summon life number across checks, and ignore callbacks whose scheduled row is missing or belongs to another life. The durable boundary fixture delivers an obsolete callback to a replacement summon in a real transaction, then proves that a separate disengaged summon expires through the real scheduler and removes its expiry and origin rows. The Binding quest fixture continues to cover repeated lifetime checks, exact kill credit, and normal corpse removal.
Closes #469. No persistent schema changes. The added generated binding exposes one feature-gated debug verifier to owned Standalone tests.
