Changing the interface language in the Windows/Linux Coucou window updated the page but left the sidebar and dictation status in the previous language. For example, switching from English to French produced a French General page beside an English menu.
The hub's existing redraw now updates its menu labels, the Notch group heading and dictation status before redrawing the current page. Buttons, their click handlers, the logo canvas and the selected page are retained. No new translations, dependencies or backend changes.
Three regression tests exercise the real hub with the existing fake DOM/Tauri setup: live English/French/Arabic switching without replacing navigation nodes, the latest dictation state and translated key label, and the initial selected language.
Validation:
git diff --checkpass.strings.json is what the generator makes of the Mac's catalogtest fails on the unchanged base: the generated table is missing 18 newly added catalog keys. Catalog, generator and saved-table files match the base and are not changed here.Related: #700 and #701 document this existing live-language limitation. This fix is independent of both localization PRs and works with the languages already in main.
