[NO QA] Adopt shared postCodeReviewResults.sh in claude-review

Why

The post-review-results loop (count violations, then react or post inline comments) is identical boilerplate across App, Auth, and Web-Expensify. It is hoisted into the shared claude-review-toolkit.

What

• Replaces the inline post-review-results loop in .github/workflows/claude-review.yml with a call to the shared postCodeReviewResults.sh.
• Bumps the claude-review-toolkit pin to 2b751e9 (the SHA that ships the script).

Dependency

Builds on Expensify/GitHub-Actions#68 (merged), which added postCodeReviewResults.sh to the toolkit.

Tests

1. Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
2. Trigger the claude-review workflow on a PR (push a commit or re-run the workflow).
3. Verify the post-review-results step now invokes the shared postCodeReviewResults.sh and the run completes successfully.
4. Verify behavior is unchanged vs. the previous inline loop: when violations are found, inline comments are posted; when none are found, the workflow no-ops/reacts as before.

Offline tests

N/A - this PR only changes a GitHub Actions workflow and does not affect any app/runtime or offline behavior.

  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
