Strict API: bump react-native-safe-area-context to >= 5.8.1 #101818

Part of #101439.

Do not enable customConditions here. This bump has to land before the opt-in so the library does not fail that PR.

Incompatibility

react-native-safe-area-context is at 5.6.2. Its sources type-check as part of this project, and under the Strict API they import react-native/Libraries/... subpaths that no longer resolve (TS2307). The fix shipped in 5.8.1: appandflow/react-native-safe-area-context#745.

@expensify/react-native-live-markdown is already at 0.1.336, past its 0.1.335 fix. Nothing to do there.

@onfido/react-native-sdk also errors inside its own sources (5 errors). skipLibCheck is already on via expo/tsconfig.base, so confirm whether those survive. If they do, redirect the offending subpath to an untyped stub — an inline @ts-ignore does not reach errors reported inside the package:

Fix

Bump react-native-safe-area-context to >= 5.8.1. No other upgrades in this PR.
