Summary

Bootstraps the repository with full Spec Kit SDD workflow, including scripts, templates, configuration, and documentation for automated feature lifecycle management and code quality enforcement.

Changes

  • Added all core Spec Kit PowerShell scripts, templates, and configuration files for SDD.
  • Introduced .editorconfig C#/.NET code style, formatting
  • Introduced claude settings.json with permissions and hooks.
  • Added CLAUDE.md, constitution.md, and SKILL.md documenting project structure, principles, and Spec Kit skills.
  • Implemented secret scanning and auto-formatting hooks via block-secrets.ps1 and format-on-write.ps1.
  • Updated TournamentAPI.sln to include .editorconfig as a solution item.

Added a comprehensive project overview and documentation to CLAUDE.md, covering TournamentAPI's purpose, structure, tech stack, architecture, file/code conventions, patterns, development commands, and definition of done. This provides clear guidance for contributors and maintainers.
Added block-secrets.ps1 to block commits with secrets and format-on-write.ps1 to auto-format .cs files using dotnet format. Updated settings.json to configure command permissions and register hooks for secret scanning and code formatting.
Introduced a new skill definition for "scaffold-adr" to automate scaffolding Architecture Decision Records in the TournamentAPI repo. The skill details when and how to create ADRs, determine sequence numbers, cross-reference related ADRs, draft using conversation context, and update ADR indexes as needed.
Added detailed, self-describing YAML frontmatter and step-by-step execution instructions for all core Spec Kit commands in SKILL.md. Standardized extension hook handling, artifact validation, and error reporting. Clarified file handling, user interaction, and checklist generation rules. Ensured deterministic, policy-compliant automation for requirements, planning, implementation, and governance within the .specify/ structure. Added contextual notes and anti-examples for correct command usage.
