Converted raw markdown issue specifications into properly formatted project management tasks stored in the ai/memory-bank/tasks/ directory.

  • Replaced vague assignment text with the requested explicit format [Task Name] needs to be resolved/issued/tested by the [Role].
  • Replaced the experimental std::simd crate usage in the SIMD task with the domain-accurate wide crate required for this project.
  • Removed original root ISSUE_TASK_*.md files.
  • Kept pre-existing source code errors (like cargo test failures) untouched to remain in scope.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 13699417887980744186 started by @DanielMarcos1

… saved them to ai/memory-bank/tasks/. Fixed std::simd usage in SIMD task.
