新增 OpenCode 上下文、最大输入、最大输出 Token 表单，支持全部继承和单独撤销可选输入上限。根据官方 schema，显式 limit 需要 context 与 output；前后端均拒绝缺失必填值、零值和超出 JavaScript 安全整数范围的值。逐键更新保留其他模型字段及未管理的限制字段。

验证：TypeScript、前端继承/边界值检查、826 个契约断言、26 个实际命令模块 harness 测试通过。回归覆盖保存/重新读取/清除、可选 input 和其他字段保留。未执行桌面 GUI、Windows 原生及上游请求验证。
