fix(agent-profiles): 使用所选模型的真实声明判断兼容性 (B08)

兼容性原先使用全部为 true 的默认能力，OpenCode 顶层状态还固定采用第一个提供商。现在按完整 provider/model 标识定位所选模型，读取原生 tool_call、reasoning 与输入模态；未声明的流式输出和用量能力保持未知。模型列表展示支持/不支持/未知，不把缺少元数据标记为完全兼容。

跨协议评估会明确列出无法转换的音频、视频、PDF 内容。协议路由可用性与模型能力是否已确认分别保留；不新增转换实现。

基于 #29。验证：27 个真实命令模块 harness 测试、TypeScript、826 个契约断言通过。回归覆盖跨提供商选择、带斜杠的模型 ID、明确不支持、缺失元数据和多模态转换限制。桌面 GUI 与 Windows 原生未执行。

• Current head: 7a461d90e6329bbaeca2d204a0b963e7ad4d1cd1.
• Three-platform Build and Test: passed (attempt 1).
• Integrated with the other Agent configuration changes in fix: integrate Agent configuration PRs and repair cross-platform validation #33, whose current candidate also passed three-platform CI.
• Native GUI / Windows host / WSL release acceptance remains separate and is not inferred from CI.
• Browser integration testing found an oversized model dialog. The viewport scrolling fix is included in this branch and was rechecked interactively.
