fix(opencode): support OpenAI Responses SDK configuration (A17)

当前代码断言 OpenCode 没有支持 Responses 的 SDK，因此界面选择 Responses 后保存被拒绝。

本 PR 将 Responses 映射到 @ai-sdk/openai，并支持读回该协议；Chat Completions 继续使用 @ai-sdk/openai-compatible。移除 command 层的一概拒绝；未知 SDK 在未编辑协议时仍保留。

依据：OpenCode SDK 使用；AI SDK OpenAI provider 默认使用 Responses。

验证：21 个实际 command 模块测试通过（独立 Rust harness，去除 tauri::command 标记），覆盖 Responses 保存/读回及随后切换 Chat Completions。未调用付费模型 API，也未完成桌面原生验证，保持 draft。独立基于 main。

• Three-platform Build and Test: passed (attempt 2).
• Integrated with the other Agent configuration changes in fix: integrate Agent configuration PRs and repair cross-platform validation #33, whose current candidate also passed three-platform CI.
• Native GUI / Windows host / WSL release acceptance remains separate and is not inferred from CI.
• The first Windows attempt had a transient MCP request timeout; the same commit passed on retry. The initial failure remains in run history.
