feat(agent-profiles): 可视化配置思考强度、模式和预算 (B04)

为 OpenCode 模型增加思考强度、Anthropic 思考模式与 Token 预算表单，支持继承默认值。按协议写入 reasoningEffort / effort 与 thinking.type / budgetTokens；只修改被编辑的键，保留其他 options 和 thinking 参数。切换自适应/关闭会移除手动预算，双端校验整数预算和显式不支持能力。

基于 #25；OpenAI Responses 提供商写入需要先合入 #22。已有 Codex 原生 effort 编辑保持原行为。

验证：24 个真实命令模块测试（隔离 harness，去除 Tauri command 宏并引用实际 core）、TypeScript、822 个契约断言通过。新增保存/重读、模式切换、继承、未管理参数保留及非法预算测试。

未执行桌面 GUI、Windows 原生或上游付费请求验证。能力声明和参数设置不等同于实测支持。

• Three-platform Build and Test: passed (attempt 1).
• Integrated with the other Agent configuration changes in fix: integrate Agent configuration PRs and repair cross-platform validation #33, whose current candidate also passed three-platform CI.
• Native GUI / Windows host / WSL release acceptance remains separate and is not inferred from CI.
