Introduce a pydantic settings interface to manage EODAG settings.

All EODAG global settings are now described in a model. The parameters can be configured either in python or with the environment variables.

Previous EODataAccessGateway configuration parameters (user_conf_file_path, locations_conf_path) are now deprecated.
