What
Integrate the preliminary powertrain model with optional motor torque tables, transmission defaults and Modelica record generation, a six-speed sample vehicle configuration, and torque-curve projection into the GGV drive-force limit. Bump BobLib to the companion implementation commit.
Depends on BobDyn/BobLib#25. Review and merge the BobLib work first; the pin currently references its feature-branch commit.
How to check
Whitespace checks pass in both repositories; all four changed Python modules parse successfully. Full validation is blocked locally: Docker and OpenModelica are unavailable, Ruff is missing, and the installed pandas extension has an incompatible CPU architecture. Attempts at
make ci,make regression-baseline, andmake opt-doe-smokecould not complete. No regression baselines were updated.Notes
Draft pending full simulation validation. The current GGV projection sorts per-gear samples and only takes the maximum at coincident speeds; it does not yet compute the true interpolated upper envelope across gears. Review its interaction with upstream scalar force/speed limits and confirm the intended complete-reduction gearing convention against the sample vehicle configuration. The Modelica motor still applies its scalar electrical/power limits alongside the torque table.
Rebased onto current main while preserving upstream brake-distribution and maximum-drive-speed handling.
