Goal: create full-day eight-hour workshop materials for AgentOps adoption readiness, focused on VBD delivery.

Context:

• Audience: VBD delivery teams and stakeholders who need an end-to-end enablement path.
• Format: full-day workshop with structured labs, checkpoints, facilitator notes, and delivery guidance.
• Outcome: participants can validate real tutorials, run evaluations, connect CI/CD, review Watchdog outputs, and understand how AgentOps supports adoption readiness.

Definition of done:

• Include agenda, prerequisites, setup commands, facilitator notes, labs, and checkpoints.
• Cover core evaluations, CI/CD, tutorial validation, Watchdog, telemetry, and reporting.
• Include expected outputs, troubleshooting notes, and wrap-up guidance.
