The organization's publishing secret is CRATES_PUBLISHING_TOKEN; cargo still reads it as CARGO_REGISTRY_TOKEN.

The crates-io job read
secrets.CARGO_REGISTRY_TOKEN, which doesn't exist, so the v0.1.4 release failed with "please provide a non-empty token". The organization's secret isCRATES_PUBLISHING_TOKEN; cargo still gets it asCARGO_REGISTRY_TOKEN.After merging, re-release v0.1.4 with the workflow's
taginput (gh workflow run ci.yml -f tag=v0.1.4). The crates-io job then publisheszk-encryption 0.1.4and the GitHub release follows. The CDN assets are already published.
