.github/workflows/lint.ymlholds only a generated comment header, with noon:and nojobs:. GitHub records a failed run for it on every push (5 of 5 red). This removes the file.ci.ymlis untouched. It is also red (5 of 5), but its logs have expired, so it needs its own look.Opened by ZEO-RT under the interim conditions of SOW-36, after a read-only audit of the public repos' workflows (SOW-37). Public repos keep GitHub Actions, per the operator's direction of 2026-09-25. Merging is the operator's act.
