Set the default CLI version to v1.5.0 so plain go install builds report the released version. Published module tag:
cmd/memcached-cli/v1.5.0, pointing to merged commitbaadb07. The CLI requires main library v1.5.0.Validation: standalone default/injected-version builds, CLI vet, root race tests, PR CI, and merged main CI passed. Both
