  • Collapsible panels now auto-resize if they are open when the contents change.
  • Slider values now sit above the slider, so that they do not impact slider length.

An open panel kept the height its content had when it was opened: select a
key with dimensions and the new rows were squashed, deselect it and the
empty panel stayed at full height. Toggling the panel fixed it.

refresh_expanded_size measured the inner widget the moment it was called,
which is before Qt has laid the rebuilt content out. Its new rows are
still hidden at that point and a box layout skips hidden widgets, so the
total it capped maximumHeight with was the height of whatever was already
visible -- 53px for content that wanted 161. The stale measurement runs
the other way too, which is the panel that stays tall around content that
has gone. A toggle worked because it measures a pass later.

So measure a pass later: the recalculation is deferred to a zero timer,
coalesced through one pending flag, and bound to the panel so it is
dropped if the panel goes away first.
