feat: Telemetry

This affects quite a few files but most of the changes are pretty simple

• Add telemetry events
• Refactor channel property inputs to accurately track the first user-initiated change per field
• Refactor digital wallet tests to allow mocking in other test cases
• Move channel property utility functions to utils-channel-properties
• Add redirect URLs to public session object
• Add redirectToReturnUrl public function
