Position info

It would be nice to have some indication about the current position.
I am aware that it is difficult to get the relative position since that require pre-reading the rest.
Just either about which line or page that is current would be sufficient.

@magjo67 hey, there, sorry just read this. It's actually already implemented with reading progress percentage, like indicator how many percent did you just read. But I implemented it in https://github.com/wustho/epy (fork of this epr with more features!). Check it out!
