Overview

This PR removes @ts-nocheck from StellarReceive and restores type checking across the receive flow. The component previously disabled type checking over 1,500 lines that own worker, cursor, vault, and withdrawal state. This change replaces stale symbol casts with real types instead of any, and keeps the scan, retention recovery, vault, and withdrawal paths type-safe.

The focused receive/vault suite fails 8 of 37 tests, and Prettier rejects all six changed files. The rebased implementation changes persisted vault/deposit shapes and claim simulation behavior without updating or preserving the public contract; for example vaultStatus returns records that no longer match the expected persisted fields and claim authorization now rejects because the simulation result lacks recipient authorization. Restore compatibility or update all callers/tests as one coherent change, remove unrelated branch_structure/postcss churn, and get build plus the full unit suite green.

Security review found confirmed malware in this PR's branch history, even though a later commit removes it. Commit 855b608 deletes an obfuscated api.js payload, removes dev/build hooks that ran node api.js, and strips a second payload hidden after a very long whitespace run in postcss.config.js.
